Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email. For age-restricted products, a signature from someone 18+ may be required on delivery.

We accept returns on unopened and undamaged items. To initiate a return, contact info@flipsideenergy.com with your order details and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days once approved. Exchanges are not offered, and opened or sale items are not eligible for return.
